Stock and Admin Clerk

Pay Rate: £27,193.12

Contract Types Available: Full Time. 1 x permanent, 1x six month fixed term.

Shift patterns: 22:00 - 06:00. Monday - Friday or Sunday to Thursday

We're looking for Stock & Admin Clerks to support the smooth flow of stock through the supply chain. Combining stock administration, reporting, and inventory control, you'll play an important role in ensuring stock records remain accurate and operational processes run efficiently.

• Processing goods receipts and returns accurately within the warehouse management system
• Conducting daily and weekly cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
• Investigating stock discrepancies and supporting corrective actions
• Producing reports and analysing stock information to support operational performance
• Supporting warehouse activities while ensuring compliance with site processes and audit requirements

• Have experience working with stock systems, administration, or warehouse operations
• Are comfortable working with data and maintaining accurate records
• Have strong organisational and numerical skills
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
