Are you an experienced FLT driver looking for a varied warehouse role?

We’re recruiting for a Multi-Skilled FLT Warehouse Operative to join a busy operation in the Tuxford area. This hands‑on position combines forklift driving with general warehouse duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied working day.

Your duties will include:

• Operating Counterbalance, Reach and Flexi forklifts
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Order picking and packing
• Stock control and replenishment
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Supporting daily warehouse operations as required

Hourly Rate: £13.50 p/h basic

Overtime paid at £20.25 on all hours over 37.5

Weekly pay
28 days annual leave pro-rata

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday8 hour shifts
0800 - 1600 shifts
30 Min breaks

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Hold valid FLT licences (ideally Counterbalance, Reach and Flexi)
• Have previous warehouse and FLT experience
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
