Facilities Team Member

A new opportunity has arisen within our facilities Department on site at the Screwfix Stafford Distribution Centre for a Facilities Support Team Member to join the team. This is a Monday to Friday role on a rotating shift pattern alternating between 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,812.50
per annum as
well as 31 days of annual leave (including bank holidays). • Responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance of the external & internal site décor & building fabric and responsible for repairs as of when
• Ensuring items for re-cycling and disposal are segregated accordingly, stored for collection and are accounted for
• Ensure internal hygiene & housekeeping standards are continuously improved to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
• Operating counterbalance and MHE cleaning equipment
• Daily yard duties, including hygiene, emptying main bins across site, pallet control

• Self-motivated using their own initiative to organise & prioritise their daily/weekly routine to a laid-down schedule
• Environmentally aware & motivated
• A proactive attitude to maintaining & improving standards
• Able to work closely in a team environment to ensure all duties are carried out
