Warehouse Supervisor​/Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, to join an established family owned Manufacturing company in the Amlwch Area.

We are looking for a driven individual looking for career progression, who is a great team player, hands on and involved in all aspects of a busy warehouse. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse environment, FLT Counterbalance experience (ideally with a current Licence).

The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor will be to:

• Supervise and motivate a team of operatives
• Provide staff training
• Promote a positive working environment
• Liaise with members of staff and management to ensure smooth operation of the department
• Picking and packing products
• Order processing
• Goods in and out
• FLT operation
• Stock control
• Maintaining stock records and distribution around site
• Liaise with clients to schedule dispatches and deliveries

We'd like to see your CV if you have the following skills & experience:

• 2+ years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• FLT Experience with a Current Licence (Desirable)

This position is being offered on a permanent basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08 00 with a Salary in Circa of £30,000 per annum dependent on skills & experience.
