FLT CB​/Warehouse Op PM

Based in Pershore (WR10), this full-time, temporary-to-permanent position as FLT CB / Warehouse Op PM offers a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule from 17:00 to 00:00. You will operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload vehicles, move stock within the canopy and loading zones, and support transhipment, goods-in, and dispatch functions.

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy transport and warehouse operation based in Pershore. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable, full-time work and the chance to secure a permanent position with an established company.

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock around the warehouse and loading areas
• Supporting transhipment operations
• Working within the canopy/loading area
• Stock movement and replenishment
• Supporting goods-in and dispatch activities
• General warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Supporting the wider warehouse and transport team during busy periods

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence refreshed within the last 5 years
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles
• Ability to work confidently within a busy, fast-paced operation
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working the 17:00 - 00:00 shift
• Previous transhipment and/or canopy FLT experience is highly desirable
