Pertemps Banbury is recruiting on behalf of our client based in Upper Heyford for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their busy and growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking for a stable, long-term role with the opportunity to develop new skills, take on additional responsibilities and progress within the business.

What You'll Be Doing- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Carrying out rework and quality control checks.
- Loading and unloading vehicles using an FLT where qualified.
- Unloading containers and handling stock.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse.
- Supporting general warehouse and housekeeping duties.
- Assisting with office-based tasks when required.
- Completing relevant training, including Health & Safety and First Aid where necessary.
- Helping with other duties as required to support the smooth running of the operation.
- Have at least one year's warehouse experience, particularly in picking and packing.
- Be hardworking, flexible and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Be keen to develop new skills and take on more responsibility.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Have a good eye for detail and take pride in their work.
- An FLT licence, particularly for a Bendi truck, would be an advantage.
- Competitive pay: £12.71 - £14.50 per hour, depending on experience.
