Shift: Monday – Friday OR Saturday – Wednesday / 0930 - 1800, 1430 - 2200
Rate: £13.86 p/h (plus weekend supplement)

Specialising in providing an unparalleled range of logistical solutions and delivering over 250,000 parts to garages and repair centres throughout Europe, Alliance Automotive Logistics guarantee that garages and fast-fit centres can repair and maintain their customers vehicles as quickly and efficiently as possible.
As a Warehouse Supervisor at our National Distribution Centre in Rotherham, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while delivering high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Support First Line Managers in leading and supervising daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch).Ensure productivity, accuracy, and service KPIs are consistently achieved.
Allocate labour and resources effectively to meet operational demands.
Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards at all times.
Conduct team briefings and provide clear communication across shifts.
Support colleague development, performance management, and training.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and inventory accuracy.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Essential
Skills and Experience:
Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
Strong operational knowledge of warehouse processes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment
Physically demanding role with manual handling
Compliance with safety standards is essential
