Group provides comprehensive services for the communities of Mendocino and Lake Counties In addition to Dental Care, we provide primary care, behavioral health, women's services, and specialty care services. There is strong team support and a multidisciplinary care team approach to care.

The mission of Health Centers is to provide compassionate, high quality healthcare for everyone in our communities. We ensure that there are no closed doors for those seeking dental or primary health care at Centers in Lake and Mendocino Counties. Our Dental team consists of Dentists, RDA-EFT2s, RDAs, and DAs. Dental is central to the care we provide our patients.

Minimum Qualifications :

California DDS/DMD License

DEAAmerican Heart Association or Red Cross CPRDriver License Our clinics are located in rural Northern California 2 hrs. north of San Francisco, 2 hrs. north-west of Sacramento, and 1 hr. from the Pacific Ocean.
