Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

OBGYN opening in Ukiah, CA2 hours to San Fran; 1 hour to Santa Rosa, CAFull Time Permanent Experience  required $320,000-$360,000

Clinic is currently seeking a full-time Ob/Gyn to join our Care for Her womens health program, within our FQHC. We are a collaborative practice looking for a physician to join our experienced OB/GYN's, team of Certified Nurse Midwives (who take first call) and Womens Health Nurse Practitioners, in providing compassionate care for women in all stages of life.

Patients are seen for regularly scheduled appointments in our outpatient clinic and for hospital-based surgeries and deliveries at Adventist Health Ukiah Valley (8 minutes from our clinic). The practice encompasses all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology care. Compensation:
Our compensation, for a full-time, full-scope physician ranges from $320,000-$360,000. with the ability to increase your gross income by taking additional call shifts. This salary includes clinic shifts, surgeries, second layer call (4 shifts per pay period), supervision of midwives, unassigned call, participation in a local FP Residency training program, etc. Our goals are to:
Pay well, grow a team that enjoys working together, maintain our reputation for high-quality care, continue a midwifery based program with strong physician support, retain the best providers throughout their careers and collaborate with our community partners to ensure that all patients are cared for and that our rural OB/GYN's have the comradery and support they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
