Travel Registered Nurse Oncology

Registered Nurse – Oncology (Outpatient) in Ukiah, California. This travel assignment is a 13-week temporary position beginning 10/12/2026 in a short-term acute care setting. You will work a 4x10-hour daytime schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Weekly pay ranges from $2,000 to $2,163 per week. • Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatient oncology patients in a clinic setting, following established standards of care and the nursing process
• Collect pertinent data, assess health status, analyze findings, and develop and implement a care plan; monitor and adjust care as needed
• Administer prescribed therapies, monitor patient responses, manage side effects, and document in the EPIC EHR
• Prepare patients, rooms, and equipment for minor procedures; assist the physician with procedures as directed
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care; participate in discharge planning and referrals as appropriate
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team and supervise/delegate tasks to assigned nursing staff as applicable to ensure safe, efficient care

• California Registered Nurse license (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (Required)
• ONC/ONCC-CHIM certification (Required)
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification (Required)
• EPIC electronic health record experience (Required)

  Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in oncology or outpatient settings; 2-3 years of experience preferred
• Ability to work in an outpatient clinic within a hospital-affiliated short-term acute care environment
• No-call requirement described for this assignment
