- Emergency Room (ER) Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of acute Emergency Department RN experience required.
- Licensure: Active California RN License.
- Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (TNCC / ENPC preferred).
- EMR: Epic proficiency required.
- Triage & Emergency Care: Assess, triage, and stabilize emergency department patients across all age groups and acuity levels.
- Acute Interventions: Perform rapid patient assessments, initiate emergency protocols, administer medications/IV infusions, and trauma care.
- Collaboration & Monitoring: Continuous cardiac/hemodynamic monitoring; partner with emergency physicians and trauma teams during critical resuscitations.
