Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in Ukiah, California. This position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. The role includes supervising and directing the activities of various levels of nursing staff, collaborating with other healthcare disciplines, and utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment to promote patient safety and well-being.

• Schedule:
  
  Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 10/26/2026 and ending 01/24/2027.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred;
  Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required;
  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required;
  Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor required;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor required; experience requirement: 1 year.

  Responsible for collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessment data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
