Registered Nurse – Med Surg travel assignment in Ukiah, California. Start date 10/26/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,747–$1,858 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week.

Shift: 3×12-hour nights (5:00 PM–5:30 AM). Setting:
Short Term Acute Care Hospital.

  Med Surg/Telemetry within a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in Med Surg/Telemetry, following established standards of care and the nursing process
• Collect relevant data, analyze assessment findings, and develop a care plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes; implement and evaluate progress
• Coordinate care with other disciplines, supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Provide education and health information to patients and families; support learning opportunities for team members
• Document thoroughly in the electronic health record and ensure accurate communication with the treatment team; maintain patient safety and infection control practices

• Licensure:
  Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (state of practice) or ability to obtain per state requirements
• Experience:
  
  At least two years of recent RN experience in the field;
  Med Surg/Telemetry experience preferred
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) required;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required;
  Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required per policy
• Education:
  
  BSN preferred;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Additional qualifications:
  
  Epic experience; ability to work in a Med Surg/Telemetry unit; night shift and weekend rotation availability
