Senior Officer - Packaging Development

We are looking to onboard a passionate Packaging Development professional out of our Ambernath plant in Maharashtra.

Right knowledge of  Different packaging materials , used for pharmaceutical regulated market for US, EU, EM & ROW market.
Right knowledge in  Regulatory Requirement  for different packaging materials.
Good knowledge in  Packing line operations/process  (production line) as per regulated market requirement.
Good knowledge in  Artwork handling  and ensure delivery within timeline.
Fast in,  Execution of packaging activities for Exhibit batch, New Launches  ck  Implementation of Regulatory changes, Fast in Deficiency response ,  Query  etc handling.
Conducting various trials  at plant related to new packaging configuration implementation & changes in existing configuration.
Coordination with Suppliers to  Develop new packaging components.
Good understanding about  MPC, BOM, BPR, Intended BPR  & other documents required for plant packing operations.
Knowledge in  Packaging material testing  of all packaging materials used for pharmaceutical company.
Knowledge & skill to execute the  Cost improvement initiatives.
Analysis  of Pharmaceutical Innovator samples.
Organizing  Different packaging meetings   and making the MoM.
Closely work with  Plant packaging & plant operation team.
Closely work with  Regulatory,   Analytical development, Procurement & SCM team.
Completion & execution of all  packaging related activities in advance.
Work very closely with cross functional team to expedite all packaging related activities, to meet timelines.
Having  Mingling capability & collaborative approach  to fasten any packaging related activities for both R&D and Commercial front.
Good  Communication skills & Proactive approach.
Positive attitude  of making the activities completed in advance.

Preferably have following skill but not limit as mentioned below;
Bachelor / Diploma in Packaging technology.
The candidate should have experience in packaging development & documentation activities for pharma regulated & non-regulated market
He/She should have knowledge of packaging of different pharmaceutical dosage forms like OSD, Liquids etc.
Should have skill to achieve deliverable task with minimum support.
