Scottish Water is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual to join our Multifunctional Waste Water team in the Wester Ross Area (Gairloch/Ullapool).

• Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment processes, pumping stations and clear chokes on the wastewater network.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and seek opportunities to improve environmental performance.
• Record data accurately and spot changes in monitoring data.
• Work independently and efficiently within a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence to work independently.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.
• Capacity to learn new systems and complete online training quickly.
• Experience with internal and external stakeholders (bonus).
• Knowledge of Scottish Water operations or the wider legislative and regulatory environment (bonus).

• Grade 4 seniority with starting salary of £31,640 and potential progression to £36,460.
