We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. This is a hands‑on role working across all areas of our food and beverage operation, including restaurant service and bar duties.

• Providing professional and friendly waiting service for:
  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
• Serving food and beverages to a high standard
• Operating and maintaining the bar, including preparing and serving drinks
• Setting up and clearing tables
• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of service areas
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

• Previous experience in food service and bar work is essential
• A positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
