Bespoke Hotels in the Scottish Highlands is seeking a Commis Chef to support the kitchen team across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. You will assist with food prep, maintain hygiene standards and help ensure smooth, efficient operation in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will work under the Head Chef / Sous Chef, adapting to shift patterns including early mornings and weekends, with opportunities for training and progression within the hotel.
