Bespoke Hotels in Ullapool’s Caledonian Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team. You will work across starters, mains, desserts, breakfast and larder, upholding high quality standards and strict hygiene.
You will collaborate with Head/Sous Chefs, train junior staff, and ensure all allergen information is accurate while following FIFO and stock control practices in a busy hotel kitchen.
