Fuel Tanker Driver

Overview

Highland Fuels Ltd is seeking to recruit a Fuel Tanker Driver predominantly based at Ullapool but would be required to work from other depots on occasion. Shifts patterns will be flexible in this role depending upon the changing needs of our customers.

The role requires you to deliver fuels to a number of locations across the country. This will include domestic, commercial, garage forecourts etc.

• Excellent pay rates - £17.60 per hour, overtime at time and a half over 40 hours per week
• Good working conditions
• Full tanker training provided to those with a general haulage background which includes Smiths, CPC, ADR, PDP and operational training on the equipment.
• The role is 40 hours per week minimum

You will be an experienced haulage driver who has:

• An LGV category C and E Licence (Class 1/2)
• ADR Certificate for flammable liquids CPC, PDP
• A flexible approach to their working hours as we deliver all over Scotland.
• Good customer service experience.

Highland Fuels have been supplying fuel to homes and businesses around Scotland since 1957. With 11 depots across the country, we provide home heating oil and fuel for the agricultural, commercial and marine sectors. Additionally, we operate 15 retail forecourts, spanning from Orkney to Ayrshire. Alongside our comprehensive range of fuels, including HVO, we provide AdBlue, lubricants, tanks and telemetry, fuel cards and EV chargers.

40 hours per week - flexible rota
