Job Introduction
Responsible for attracting and recruiting high‑value vendors to join us and begin selling. Ideate, implement, and track new strategies to recruit new merchants to help the marketplace develop. Act as a contact for new sellers and manage numerous internal and external stakeholders. Meet desired KPIs on a regular basis, and create responsible for maintaining relationships with sellers following purchase, including assisting these sellers with the onboarding process.
Provide insights from the seller's perspective, such as product knowledge, seller dynamics, market dynamics, and competition dynamics.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field of study is required.
- Has job experience in a similar field (sales experience is preferred).
- Problem‑solving, presentation, and communication abilities are essential.
- Thinking strategically on how to attract new sellers.
- Adaptable to a variety of settings, resourceful, and teachable.
- Has a great amount of responsibility.
- Negotiation abilities that are effective.
- Go‑getter with a modest demeanour.
- Intended to filed sales is a must.
