Nudge Education Limited, based in Ulverston, is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalized 1:1 support to young people with special educational needs (SEN) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. The role is community-based, focusing on creating engaging learning experiences that reconnect young people with their education.
Responsibilities include delivering tailored interventions, building positive relationships, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families. Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience and a full UK driving licence. Pay ranges from £16–£25 per hour.
