Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to take ownership of engineering performance at their Lindal manufacturing site. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping the reliability, efficiency, and future capability of a fast-paced production environment. You will lead a skilled engineering team, influence site-wide performance, and play a key part in delivering operational excellence. What You'll Be Responsible For:

Setting the strategic direction for engineering and maintenance on-site.
Building a high-performing, accountable engineering team.
Driving reliability, uptime, and performance across production.
Collaborating with operations to support growth, new product launches, and peak demand.
Delivering capital investment and automation projects.
Strengthening engineering standards, safety culture, and compliance.
Managing engineering budgets and improving cost efficiency.
