Tritech International is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across a growing international technology business. This part-time, on-site role in Ulverston will work with senior leaders to handle employee relations, recruitment, engagement and development across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will have CIPD Level 5 (or be pursuing Level
7), broad HR generalist experience in manufacturing/tech, and strong knowledge of UK employment law.
