• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
• A strong team player who leads by example and builds a positive team culture
• Excellent customer focus with a passion for delivering great service
• Experience leading teams through change and driving engagement
• Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance and drive results
• Confident communicator who can coach, support, and challenge a team
• Optics experience is not required - full training will be provided
