Overview

** Please note this is Class 2 Bin Wagon Driving Position*
* We are seeking a professional Bin Wagon Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating flatbed lorries to deliver goods efficiently across designated routes.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers with a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service. Responsibilities

* Safely operate HGV Class 2 Bin Wagon in accordance with road traffic laws and company policies

* Load and secure goods onto the flatbed, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety measures are followed

* Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or issues promptly

* Plan delivery routes effectively to optimise efficiency and meet delivery schedules

* Assist with the loading and unloading of goods where necessary, maintaining health and safety standards

* Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs

* Communicate professionally with clients and team members regarding delivery times or any unforeseen delays

* Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, organised, and well-maintained throughout shifts

Experience

* Proven experience in commercial driving, specifically with Bin Wagon's vehicles or similar large vehicles

* Valid driving licence for HGV Class 2 with no more than six penalty points; a clean driving record is desirable

* Knowledge of current road regulations and health & safety standards relevant to commercial driving

This role is ideal for someone who is looking for long term role.

Shifts:

Monday to Thursday: 7AM Till 3PM and 2PM finish on Fridays.
