Kepley Middle School ELA Teacher (8th Grade)

USD 214 Ulysses is seeking an English Language Arts teacher for Kepley Middle School for 8th Grade. Candidates must be elementary Certified (K-9) or 6-12 ELA Certified in Kansas or eligible for certification in Kansas (other Kansas Teaching Certificates will be considered for the position). Under the principal’s or designee’s direction and supervision, the candidate will plan instruction, teach, differentiate instruction, motivate, inspire, and assess students in English language arts.

The candidate will promote a high-quality, personalized education program that reflects the Kansas State Content Standards for elementary classes. Ulysses USD 214 is looking for candidates with excellent oral and communication skills. A dynamic character, personality, flexible team player, and proper social capability to relate effectively with diverse staff, students, parents, and the Ulysses community within a rigorous K-12 academic environment.
