Overview
Customer Service Representative – German + English
Location: Umhlanga, South Africa (On-Site)
Start Dates: April, June, August, October 2026
Work Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts
About the RoleWe are seeking German + English speaking Customer Service Representatives to support our online retail client. You will be the first contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German and English
- Provide accurate information on products, orders, and services
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotating shift environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule
- Customer service experience is a plus
- 1x local flight to Durban prior to start date
- 20 nights accommodation covered at a location selected by Concentrix
- On-site work only; relocation to Umhlanga required before start
