Growth Resourcing is seeking a Level 3 technical support specialist for a customer-focused MSP role in Umhlanga Rocks. You will handle escalated issues, support onboarding and migrations, and administrate Microsoft 365 and Entra role requires strong customer communication, SLA discipline, and collaboration with 1st/2nd line teams.
Remote support is complemented by occasional on-site work as projects demand. Prior MSP experience and knowledge of security configurations are highly valued.
