IT Project Manager

Our client, an established organization at the intersection of gaming, software, and technology industries, is seeking a strategic IT Project Manager to oversee complex initiatives that drive real business value and transformative outcomes.

This role demands ownership of medium to large-scale technology projects from inception through to benefit realisation, requiring the ability to manage multiple work streams with precision. The successful candidate will craft tailored delivery approaches—be it Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid—adapting to project requirements to ensure optimal results. Establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks, including RAID logs, status reporting, and executive dashboards, is essential to monitor progress and facilitate informed decision‑making.

The role involves engaging with senior leadership, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to influence stakeholder alignment and mitigate risks at the programme level. Managing third‑party vendors and delivery partners, controlling budgets, forecasting expenses, and tracking financial performance are core responsibilities. The Project Manager will also facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings to maintain momentum.

Working closely with engineering teams across development life cycles—including SDLC, Dev Ops, CI/CD, testing, and release management—the successful candidate will leverage Microsoft 365 and AI tools like Claude AI and Microsoft Copilot to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate proven experience in delivering sizeable projects and managing external vendors, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and strategic planning. Excellent communication and analytical skills are vital to influence and drive project success.
