About the Role

Bank Payments & Deposits
• Process online banking transactions and payments as approved.
• Handle cash and cheque deposits at bank counters when needed.
• Maintain proper documentation and approvals for all payments.

• Record daily receipts, disbursements, petty cash, and bank transactions into financial records.
• Prepare daily cash balance logs, expense vouchers, and deposit slips.
• Perform daily cash counts and ensure alignment between physical cash and accounting records.

• Submit cash reports and transaction summaries to finance team.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation, journal entries, and financial closing.

• Maintain proper documentation for payments, deposits, and reimbursements.
• Ensure financial policies and authorization procedures are strictly followed.
• Support audit checks by providing data and supporting documents when requested.

• Process payments received from customers and update receivable records.
• Issue VAT invoices based on customer requests and ensure correctness of invoice details.
• Track pending payments and assist in coordinating collections.
