Description

The Accounting Staff is an integral member of the Finance team and will eventually grow into a significant contributor to take responsibility for maintaining the financial records of our subsidiary. The successful candidate will use critical thinking and communication skills to apply accounting theory and knowledge in specific areas such as banking & cash management, bill proccessing, Sales order issuing, and tax compliance.

The successful candidate will also perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Monitor daily bank balances; perpare daily report, perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Process regular vendor invoices/employee reimbursements, weekly check issue, maintain payment documents.
• Issue sales invoices and complete internal ERP procedures; maintain complete invoices filing packages and sales registers.
• Review and process intercompany settlements with group entities.
• Assists month-end close, assists tax filing quarterly/annually.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or relevant experience through work history
• At least 1 year of accounting or finance full-time work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems (e.g. Sage 50, Quick Books)
• Strong attention to details, accuracy and data entry skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and capability to collaborate with corss-functional teams.
