• 5+ years of experience asan Automotive Service Advisor/Writer
• Expertise in dispatching work, selling service, and building work orders
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Strong organization skills, able to multitask effectively
• Great communication skills (in-person, phone, email) and team player able to build positive,productive working relationships with co-workers and manager
• Ability to recommend additional service required for customer safety and improved car performance,including strategizing on how to sequence repairs based on importance
