Approximately 80% of the manager’s time will be involved in warehouse operations:

• Daily business of a small distribution center, including management of inventory and branch supplies, distribution of product, and customer service.
• Conduct interviews for drivers and warehouse support candidates to help in the recruiting process.
• Supervise and provide training to branch employees.
• Bank deposits and other basic accounting duties.
• Ability to drive a forklift (training provided).
• Ability to use Excel, Outlook, Teams and other software programs.
• Following DOT rules and regulations.

Approximately 20% of the time may consist of product delivery:

• Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24’ box truck.
• Safe and timely delivery to our customers with a high level of customer service.
• Following DOT rules and regulations.
• Conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle.

The ideal candidate must have strong communications skills, be a detail-oriented/organized, energetic, and a motivated person.

• Annual salary of $72,500 - $75,000 depending on management and industry experience.
