Position SummaryU.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, underslung parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, repair shops, and automotive dealerships. This position operates the Sunday‑Thursday 8 p.m.–4:30 a.m. shift with rotating Fridays; schedules may change and overtime may be required.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse using forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and phrase items, assisting with inventory control.
- Lifting 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment used for heavy tires.
- Push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Operate safely at heights of up to 25 feet on stock racks.
- Remain on the move, be willing to work overtime, and maintain extended periods of standing.
- Adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, will call) as needed.
- Perform additional job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor within reasonable accommodations.

Requires visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. Handle loads up to 50 pounds daily, up to 80 pounds occasionally, and push up to 40 pounds. Team lifts or mechanical assistance for heavy commercial tires. Protective gear (toe boots, safety vest, harness, seat‑belt, self‑retracting lifeline) is mandatory. Exposure to weather, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants may occur.
Qualifications- Minimum 18 years old.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Capability to lift 50 pounds and sometimes up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to push up to 40 pounds with barrels and industrial tires.
- Comfort operating at heights up to 25 feet.
- Strict adherence to safety policies and federal/state regulations.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Team‑oriented.
- Successful pre‑employment drug test (no THC testing).
