- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or press brakes depending on experience)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Select proper tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job
- Perform machine setup including offsets, tool changes, and basic programming adjustments
- Monitor machine operation to ensure parts meet quality standards
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
- Troubleshoot minor issues and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

- 2+ years of CNC setup and/or operation experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiar with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure)
- Basic understanding of G-code and machine controls preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Experience with press brake, laser, or turret punch
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tight tolerances
