Job Overview We are looking for an energetic Shift Manager who will plan, manage, and evaluate shift operations at McDonald's, ensuring quick, accurate customer service, and meeting safety, quality, and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily shift activities.
• Monitor performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with next Shift Manager to provide shift continuity.
• Lead crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Address food safety and internal communication.
• Inventory management and daily maintenance.
• Manage scheduling, training, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for a‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.
