Compensation includes $0.64–$0.84 per mile CPM, $25 stop pay, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus split per driver (paid in $500 increments every 10,000 miles). Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with match, stock purchase plan, and wellness programs.
