As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team and hold full responsibility for coordinating all daily warehouse activities to guarantee the complete and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical work shift will be from Tuesday through Saturday, between 5:00 am and 2:00 pm. As a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, your strong leadership skills will be essential in driving outstanding service and satisfaction for our valued customer.

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Be flexible to work extended hours, weekends and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have required documentation prior to working onsite (Photocopy Identification and Birth Certificate or Passport)
• 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
