* In this important role, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and coordinating all daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your regular shift will be from Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 am and concluding at 2:00 pm each day. As a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, demonstrating strong and effective leadership skills is essential for consistently delivering excellent service and meeting the high expectations of our valued customers.

* + Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies

+ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members

+ Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

+ Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors

+ Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports

+ Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system

+ Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory

+ Implement continuous improvement action plans.

+ Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service levels.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

+ Be flexible to work extended hours, weekends and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

** What we would like you to bring*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ Must have required documentation prior to working onsite (Photocopy Identification and Birth Certificate or Passport)

+ 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment.

+ 2 or more years in a supervisory role.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
