The base pay range is $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr job types include full-time and part-time positions, with expected hours of 20 - 40 per week.

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
- Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
- Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
- Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
