Position: LSW/LAC Clinician - Union City

Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, is a leading provider of mental health and addiction services in Northern New Jersey. We are currently seeking a Full Time Clinician I – LSW or LAC for our Outpatient Program located in Union City, NJ
.

Program Overview

Our Outpatient Program uses a multi-disciplinary approach with emphasis on individualized assessment, goal‑oriented treatment planning, periodic case review, and continuity of care for adults, children, and adolescents. Enrollees receive treatment and support in areas such as evaluation, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, couples and family counseling, skills training, advocacy services, case management, and medication management. Patients ages 5 and up are treated.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling with adults and children.
  • Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and biopsychosocial assessments in electronic medical record.
Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health related field.
  • Current/Valid New Jersey LSW or LAC license.
