Pediatric Nurse Practitioner | Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term Role
Progressive Pediatrics is an established, physician-owned pediatric practice with offices in Union City and Bayonne
, serving Hudson County families. We're hiring an experienced NP for a schedule that fits where you are - a full clinical week or scaled-back hours while staying in patient care.
- Full-time (4-5 days/week) or part-time (2-3 days/week) - your choice.
- Your choice of Union City, Bayonne, or a mix.
- Established patient panels. No building a schedule from scratch.
- Clinical autonomy in your own patient care, with physicians on site when you want a second opinion.
- No RVU quotas or productivity targets.
- A small, collegial team with low turnover.
- Professional liability (malpractice) coverage provided by us.
- $60-$80/hour, full-time or part-time.
- Active NJ APN license (or eligible), pediatric or family NP certification.
- 10+ years of pediatric primary care experience.
- Whether you're looking for a stable long-term full-time home or a sustainable part-time pace.
