Overview
Tennessee Community Services Agency seeks an experienced Human Resource Director to lead its Human Resource department. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role oversees all Human Resource functions within the agency.
Location:
Union City, TN. Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead recruitment and talent management strategies.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes.
- Promote compliance with nondiscrimination, Title VI, diversity, and cultural competency standards.
