Responsibilities

• Responsible for all maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
• Plan and execute a preventative maintenance schedule without interrupting production.
• Maintain plant equipment to provide the most efficient manufacturing production process.
• Maintain equipment to meet all safety, mechanical, electrical, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment and facilities for any issues that may interfere with our production schedule.
• Attend meetings with Management to discuss maintenance issues, status, and timetable for repair.
• Proactively identify and implement continuous improvements that contribute to plant efficiency, safety, and reduce production expenses.
• Responsible for safe, clean, and hazard free working environment.
• Periodically travel to other plants as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have PLC knowledge and experience to work on production machinery.
