Role Specifics and Benefits

Key Responsibilities and Growth Opportunities
  • Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to clients across age groups, including intake assessments, behavioral observations, and functional analyses to inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches) tailored to each client’s strengths and cultural context.
