** SUMMARY

DESCRIPTION:

** Manages maintenance operations in support of Production, Facilities and Engineering requirements.
** MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Manages maintenance operations
* Operates to Budget
* Plant Services
* Support of Plant Programs  + Safety-Environmental  + Safe Quality Foods (SQF) activities  + QMS activities  + Lean activities
* Reliability Centered Maintenance
* Audits* Maintains preventive maintenance records
* Develops and implements maintenance training
* Manages Storeroom
* Administers company policies and procedures as required
* Conducts duties in accordance with plant safety policies and procedures
* Any other duties as needed
* Performs other duties assigned by Plant Manager

* EDUCATION:

**** Preferred:
** 2-year technical degree or equivalent plus 5 years maintenance experience
*
* EXPERIENCE:

** detailed knowledge of maintenance operations, plastics processes, and plant equipment.

** Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; strong writing, computer and presentation skills; strong ownership of Safety; manage people in a manufacturing environment.
