Immaculate Conception School – Union, MO is looking for an energetic, patient, and faith‑filled part‑time aide for an Early Childhood Learning Center classroom of 4‑year‑old students. Candidates should have a passion for Early Childhood Education.

• Supervise and engage preschool students during extended care hours (before/after school).
• Support a Christ‑centered atmosphere through words, actions, and modeling of Catholic values.
• Assist in planning and implementing age‑appropriate activities, including play, crafts, snacks, and rest time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Monitor and support students’ emotional, social, and physical development.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with children, parents, and staff.
• Follow all school policies, procedures, and health/safety protocols.
• Support classroom teachers and staff as needed.
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or school setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
• Commitment to the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass background check and meet diocesan safe environment requirements.
