Job Description

Minimum requirements:
18+ years old, Positive Attitude, Self-Motivated, Customer Service Oriented, Willingness to Learn and Excel, Valid Driver's License with a 2-year good driving record, Reliable vehicle, Proof of Liability Insurance.
Responsibilities include:
operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, and add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Qualifications: Additional Information
Work ConditionsExposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures range from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
SensingTalking and hearing on telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
TemperamentsThe ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. - Walking:
For short distances for short durations. - Sitting:
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. - Carrying:
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. - Pushing:
To move trays which are placed on dollies. - Climbing:
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Training - Orientation and training provided on the job.
