This is a full-time, on-site position based in Union, MO. The Loan Coordinator Specialist will handle the processing and coordination of loan applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing customer communications, supporting loan underwriting procedures, reviewing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies. The Loan Coordinator Specialist will work closely with customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing.

• Strong knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry and Loans
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Familiarity with Underwriting processes and regulatory compliance
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
• Prior experience in a financial institution or banking-related role preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in finance or related fields are an advantage
