Maintenance Manager

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Manages maintenance operations in support of Production, Facilities and Engineering requirements.

  • Safety-Environmental
  • Safe Quality Foods (SQF) activities
  • QMS activities
  • Lean activities
• Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Audits
• Maintains preventive maintenance records
• Develops and implements maintenance training
• Manages Storeroom
• Administers company policies and procedures as required
• Conducts duties in accordance with plant safety policies and procedures
• Any other duties as needed
• Performs other duties assigned by Plant Manager

Preferred: 2-year technical degree or equivalent plus 5 years maintenance experience

Required: detailed knowledge of maintenance operations, plastics processes, and plant equipment.

Required: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; strong writing, computer and presentation skills; strong ownership of Safety; manage people in a manufacturing environment.
